A T4240RDB not booting when powered on ( Sw4 1 is ON ) and even pressing the pwr button has no effected anyway. The only way to boot is to unplug and plug the power back in again. Also if you unplug and plug back in again after its booted its ok but if left for several minutes with the power off the problem will return.
Anyone have any ideas?
