QorIQ T2080 CPU - 32GB QR DDR3 LRDIMM:

We are planning on using the T2080 processor in our next design.
We are also planning on using a 32GB (x72, ECC, Quad-Rank) 240pin DDR3 LRDIMM
memory module.

Reading the user manual on the T2080 it would seem that the device does support
quad-ranked DDR3 modules. However, looking at the documentation for the T2080 reference
design board (T2080-RDB_PC_UG.pdf), it mentions on page 8 that only single and dual ranked DIMM
are supported, while on page 18, it mentions that single, dual and quad ranked are supported.

My question is then, does the T2080 DDR3 controller support quad-ranked DDR3 LRDIMM modules with
a memory density of 32GB (4Gig X 72) at a data rate of 1866 MT/s?

P.S. The module we are looking at is the Micron MT72JSZS4G72LZ-32GB.

In the QorIQ T2080 Reference Design Board User Guide, Rev. 1 it is written:

p.8:

"Supports one DDR3LP DIMM of single, dual, or quad-rank types."

p.19:

"The T2080RDB-PB supports high-speed DRAM, with an SODIM socket, featuring single, dual, and quad-rank support."

2)  The 32GB DDR3 LRDIMM @ 1866 MT/s is supported.

In your point (2) above,  there is no mention of quad-ranked. So just to be sure with your answer, the T2080 DDR3 controller does support quad-ranked DDR3 LRDIMM module with a memory density of 32GB (4Gig X 72) at a data rate of 1866 MT/s?
