The P1025 bsdl file is not available on the public NXP site. If you wish to obtain preliminary version, please contact your local Freescale Sales/Marketing office or representative.

My expectations on NDA requirement came true. So I forward your answer to my customer, and leave getting the BSDL on his own. But it seems hard to obtain the agreement, you know, when you're a part of a big state company.
