1.when do I use "ba_ext " of ifc controller?
In all examples I see this as zeroes.
2.if I have( 26:0 ) bits of address of Nor flash, then do I use ba_ext bits ?

26 bits of Nor flash address define size of memory region but not its position (base address) in the 40-bit physical address space of the T2801. CSPRn_EXT[BA_EXT] defines the most significant 8-bit of the base address. It cannot be masked and as result it is used always. Just when your NOR flash is mapped to the lowest 4 GB of the address space you should set BA_EXT=0.
