How to know at which speed the dtesec ports are configured in T2080 RDB board

Hi Team,

I have a T2080 RDB board and I have SDK 1.8 , I want to know do we have any command in UBOOT which tells about the speed on which dtsec's are configured. And how we can configure dtesec's to different speed in UBOOT.
