How to handle PCIE error on P2020RDB_20100429-ltib

Hello

I've used kernel 2.6.32 based on P2020RDB_20100429-ltib or  P1020_P2020RDB_20101101_ltib for P2020 or P1011

When PCIE device is stuck,I expect that P1011 handles it as just like request timeout and escapes pcie operation.

Contrary to expectations, P1011 just wait that operation completes which is not completed.

Additionally, timer interrupt can work well and watchdog can be triggered.

That is, even if cpu is alive, cpu don't work anything..

In order to avoid that situation, EDAC driver of recent kernel seems to be useful.

But kernel 2.6.32 is old-fashioned.

EDAC driver of recent kernel is not suitable to it.

Can you have a solution for it? a kind of patch ?

NXP recommends using SDK 1.9 for the P2020RDB board. A few problems are fixed in this SDK.

This SDK is available on NXP page. Use SDKLINUX for search. Download previous version of NXP SDK.

Use iso image for e500v2 core.

Have a great day,
