How to generate DDR Address parity error?

Hi,

I'm using 4GB DDR3 RAM with ECC chip are connected to T1040 Processor DDR controller.

I attempted this sequence, but it was unsuccessful to generate DDR Address parity error:

Step 1:

ERR_INT_EN[APEE] is set

DDR_SDRAM_CFG2[AP_EN] is set

Step 2:

DDR_ECC_ERR_INJECT[APIEN] = 1

Step 3:

Read the bit APE in DDR_ERR_DETECT 

The read value of APE is zero.

Kindly suggest us, how to generate this error.

The sequence seems to be correct. can you provide a log of this sequence that you have tried? I can review and try to duplicated it
