How do we configure a specific port in SJA1105, how can we disable a port or configure it based on the trans receiver connected to them?

We are referring to Software user manual - UM11040 for general configuration.sja1105 #ethernet switch

I assume you are asking about SJA1105P/Q/R/S series switch because
the document you mentioned is no applicable to SJA1105/05T.
Posts can be deactivated by setting xMII_MODE[n]. See UM11040, Table 29.

The rest of per-port parameters are configured in RGU, CGU and
ACU tables, see UM11040 Sections 5.3 through 5.5 and 6.2 through 6.4.
