Device Tree Binding for LS1088a and Marvell DSA

We are using marvell swtich with ls1088a. How to make DSA cpu port configuration in device tree ?  Should the CONFIG_FSL_DPAA2_MAC_NETDEVS be active in kernel ? Is there a sample application with DSA ?

 thanks for the answer. This examples are not compatible with dpaa2. The ethernet property of the dsa cpu port needs to specify a node. DPNI can't be chosen for this node in the device tree. How to make DSA cpu port configuration in device tree ?
