Configuring eTSEC for PSC9131

Hi,

Is it possible to control any of the eTSECs using DSP alone?. In the processor reference manual, the memory map view shows that eTSEC is visible from both PowerPC and SC3850. But my question is can i configure and control the eTSEC from DSP
