Changing the MDC speed in P2041

I probed mdc ,and got to know that

when uboot is running mdc speed is 4.7 MHz

where as linux boots up speed reduces to 1.8 MHz

How to increase the MDC speed

cannot find any register to change the mdc clock frequency  in P2041 RM

Please see MDIO Configuration and Status Register (MDIO_CFG_STAT). MDIO_CFG_STAT[MDIO_CLK_DIV] configures the MDIO clock frequency.
