Hello.

Very newbie, sorry ! Working with T1040D4RDB.

But how to make image with Debian 9 for ppc64 in QORIQ yocto sdk2.0 ?

It's easy to make de default image like fsl-image-full, but to make personnal image, it's more, more difficult....

Is it possible to add DEBIAN when you have an fsl-image-full installed on bord T1040d4rdb ?

How to ??

Thank you to spend time for me !!

Thank's !!!

Hello Philippe BONHEURE ,

This SDK has been verified on following Linux distributions: Ubuntu 14.04, CentOS-7.1.1503,
Debian 8.2, Fedora 22 and OpenSUSE 13.2.

You could install Debian 8 to build your own customized rootfs filesystem.

For Ubuntu and Debian hosts, please install the following packages.

$ sudo apt-get install gawk wget git-core diffstat unzip texinfo gcc-multilib \

build-essential chrpath socat libsdl1.2-dev xterm

Have a great day,
TIC

Hello !

I think you don't understand my problem ... Sorry.

fsl-image-minimal or full... is in ppc64 (T1040d4rdb-64b for fsl-setup-env).

How to add Debian in ppc64 ??

Debian 9 is ppc64el !! and older versions are only ppc or ppc64el !!

Is it possible to work with ppc64el with Qorik sdk2.0 ???

Thank's

Hello !

No response !

my objective : adding debian 9 stretch in image for t1040d4rdb-64b with yocto sdk 2.0.

What is necessary ? meta-debian ? meta-debian-extra because ppc64 and debian 9 not supported expect backport ?

Poky ?

And how to install this !

Thank's
