Footprint for B4860

i am develop B4860 baseband process, but i can't find library for footprint and schematic, Can you help me find this file or i must do it manual.

What do you mean by device footprint? Are you looking for package dimensions?

i mean do it have file bxl then we can export .bxl file to footprint library for OrCad pcb editor by Ultra librarian. If it don't i will create component from datasheet.

We have B4860 Pinout Ballmap.xlsx you could use, I need to do further check internally if we have better suggestion.
