MPC5566 SRAM ECC protection on 32 KB only or all SRAM ?

Hi,

I develop software on MPC5566 microcontroller and I have doubt regarding SRAM zone protected with ECC mechanism.

Datasheet says in chapter 1.5.11 "The SRAM size is 128 KB. Included within the SRAM block is a 32-KB block powered by a separate supply for standby operation and ECC error correction and detection."

Is the entire SRAM is protected with ECC mechanism or just the first 32 KB ?

No, the whole SRAM is protected.
