There is no limitation for maximum output current in our documentation.You can even short circuit output pin, in this case output current will be limited by internal output resistance of output driver, which is typically 40 ohm (depends on pin)
However, we do not guarantee output voltage, if current is higher than specified value. These values are specified as 6 mA in our documentation. Please see MPC8309 Hardware Specifications, Table 47.
