Target is not ready: 2147500037 (T2080: Scan timeout)

Hi Support,

We have implemented custom CPU board using T2081 processor and discrete DDR3L.

We are facing issue in DDR testing on QCVS tool as, "Target is not ready: 2147500037 (T2080: Scan timeout)".

The RCW we are using is:

aa000002 00000000 e8104000 c1000000
00800000 00000000 00000000 000307fc
00000000 00000000 00000000 00000004

Also we have tried other values of MEM_PLL_RAT in RCW and getting same error.

Please help us to resolve the possible issue.

1. Do SoC is out of reset when customer is performing DDRv tool test?
2. How customer system has connected is it on USB interface or Ethernet interface? Do customer expect network delay?
3. Do customer is able to read IDCODE using CW ccs prompt? customer can find script for the same in <\CW*\Common\CCS\bin>, customer need to give following command from ccs : source IDcode.tcl
4. what is the status of DDR reset signal on power up?
