T1024 QSGMII crosstalk limits

About signal integrity: which are the acceptable crosstalk limits (NEXT, FEXT) for TI1024 QSGMII module?

For example: if we design impedance matched traces with NEXT=2e-2, FEXT=-9e-2 are they ok?

Please refer to the QSGMII Specification describing QSGMII channel total loss budget including Channel Crosstalk, Reflection and other loss margin.
