We have developed a custom board based on MPC8640D processor
In a board we are using serdes 1 - x8 PCIe and serdes 2 - SRIO port.
In temperature testing the processor resets at ambient 55 deg cel temperature testing with in 1 hour.
We have done 2 -3 iterations of the heat sink.
From processor point of view, I want to use and Implement Dynamic frequency switching for Core, in order to reduce the power dissipation.
Kindly help how I can enable Dynamic frequency switching for MPC8640D
