MPC8349 has no clock signal output

Hi 

MPC8349 has no clock signal output, and then I use a wind tube to heat 8349, and it work ok.When the MPC8349 cools down and test again, it has no clock signal again. I have tested ten of the same batch, and they all showed the same phenomenon.When I replace an new batch MPC8349, it's ok. Could you tell me why, thanks.

What is the signal name of the "clock signal output"?
