MPC8270 Reference manual states that

"On silicon revision 0.0 (mask #: 0K49M), selectable impedance is not available. Impedance is set at 45 Ω."

on page number 16.

What does this mean silicon revision 0.0 (mask #: 0K49M) ???

There are several versions of MPC8270 (silicon revisions), the difference between revisions is in some number of silicon bugs fixed. For more information about silicon revisions and full list of known silicon bugs please look MPC8280 Device Errata document:

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/errata/MPC8280CE.pdf

Silicon revision is encoded by last letter in partnumber, for example partnumber:

MPC8270CVRMIBA

This partnumber has letter "A" at the end of partnumber, which means silicon revision "A.0" (mask numbers "2K49M" or "3K49M")

Silicon mask number "0K49M", "1K49M", "2K49M" or "3K49M" is printed directly on package.

Have a great day,
