I found the application note of LS1 processor's secure boot, AN5227.

But I cannot find the document for LX2160a.

Could you tell me where I can get the information of secure boot for LX2160a?

There is no similar application note for the LX2160A because secure boot is described in the Layerscape SDK Documentation:
