IMX8MP-meta-nxp-desktop: Unable to add tool to file system

Hi

Version used:  imx-5.15.71-2.2.0_desktop.xml

I tried to add the fio tool in imx-image-desktop.bb, but the compiled file system did not have the tool, and I also tried to add the tool in IMAGE_INSTALL of other bb files, but failed.

Why is this and how should I add tools

What's device/component you are using, if it's IMX, please create case on the https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Forums/ct-p/imx-processors

If it's layerscape or Power PC, please let me know the device type which is part number.
