Hi,Sir:

Already buy the License of  Layerscape LS1020 at 2020/4, but  now theire is some errors, pls advise how to resolve it,TKs!

From the FLEXlm Reference Manual:

"The desired vendor daemon is down"
Returned by checkout; indicates lmgrd is running, but not the vendor daemon.

In case of server-based licenses:

If the license manager is running and the client machines have been configured properly, a firewall issue is the most likely cause of this error.
