DDR configuration and validation through QCVS tool

Hi team,

I have one query. Is RCW required during DDR intialization and validation through QCVS tool?

Currently I have done hard-coded RCW and I am trying to use QCVS tool for DDR but it is throwing error as "DDR configuration incorrect. DINIT was not cleared by hardware" . 

Can anyone suggest what could be the issue??

Fyi, I am using custom t2081 board.

Valid RCW in the selected configuration source Flash is a must for normal operation of the QCVS DDR Tool.

Thanks for your quick response

So from your statement I can assume that DDR validation will not work with hard-coded RCW settings. It will work only with NOR/NAND based flash source only.

Because currently I have used hard-coded RCW settings for DDR validation through QCVS tool.

Your understanding is not correct.

Hard-coded RCW option cannot be used when DDR Tool is running.
