Compatibility of MPC8306 interface with micron DDR2 SDRAM (vendor part no. MT47H128M16RT-25E)

We would like to interface two micron DDR2 SDRAM IC (vendor part no. MT47H128M16RT-25E) with MPC8306. Is this DDR2 IC compatible with MPC8306?

Yes MT47H128M16RT-25E looks compatible with MPC8306. The MT47H128M16RT supports 200MHz clock, however it will operate at 167 MHz which is maximum for the MPC8306 DDR controller.
