Can i use buffer on PCI bus of MPC8270?

I am interfacing MPC8270 with one FPGA and second FPGA on PMC Slot.

When PMC Card is inserted IBIS simulation works fine for PCI Bus.

Problem occurs when i remove the PMC card and now only FPGA is connected, and i causes reflections to come back and it destroys the signal.

Can i use the buffer in the PCI Path and if yes then how i can control the direction of that buffer. Thanks

I do not see any buffer control signal in PCI signals. Please look MPC8280 Reference Manual, Chapter 6 for signal descriptions.
