Will there be any risk, if RFRC is 1 clock longer than its theoretical value。

RFRC defines "earliest" timing to issue activate command after refresh command. I.e. after refresh is issued, next activate command can be issued "not earlier than". I do not see anything wrong, if this parameter will be set to +1 from theoretically calculated value.
