83xx power consumption & Temperature

I have an MPC8313 133MHz with FLASH, DDR2 & Ethernet. Power Consumption goes up with temperature by 30% or more as it warms up. Does 8313 power go up with temperature?

Yes, device power consumption raises with junction temperature.

Does NXP/FS have a spreadsheet tool or anything to help calculate power? Datasheet has limited info. I am seeing a 1W increase just by ambient warming up.
