MPC8640D is mature product and it does not support NAND flash - there is no NAND flash block in Local Bus (LBC) controller, this support is available only in more recent devices with new "eLBC" controller.
Because of this reason, there is no reference schematic for NAND flash connected to MPC8640D device.
If you are considering this device for a new design, I recommend considering another, more recent device.
