how to wirte the otp bit for FS26

we have a fs2613 on our own board and we need to change the LDO1 voltage.

We need to OTP program in FS26. 

Main registers is 16 bits, but OTP is 8 bit. How to communicate with OTP registers with SPI in OTP mode?

Does your FS26 do a valid OTP operation?or you can show the FS26 full part number here.

If no ,you can do OTP to change this bit by NXP programmer socket board, if already done OTP, you can't change this bit anymore by SPI.

the full part num:  FS2613AMDA3AD, 

the chip is welded to our board. It is a new chip. So we want to OTP program.

We don't have the KITFS26SKTEVM, we just want to use MCU to program it.

the main register is 16 bis while the otp register is 8 bit. What the difference in spi?

不建议您自己做OTP 比较复杂在自己的板子上做，您还是用socket板子去烧OTP，或者找代理帮你们烧一下如果没有socket的板子的话。

A3AD的话是做过OTP了不能做第二次了，您应该选择A0 空版本去做OTP每一颗A0的芯片只能做一次OTP。

所有的FS26只有A0是空的没有烧过的。

当然您也可以自己买一个socket programmer的板子，就是比较贵，买的话自己做OTP比较自由，如果遇到了不会做的情况可以随时找我们support
