What could be the reason for the ABIST2_EXT self-test failure of the S32K3X4EVB-T172?

I am using the S32K3X4EVB-T172 for development.

I tried using Sbc_fs26_PerformAbist2Check to check:
SBC_FS26_MOR_VPRE = 0
SBC_FS26_MOR_VCORE = 1
SBC_FS26_MOR_LDO1 = 2
SBC_FS26_MOR_LDO2 = 3
SBC_FS26_MOR_TRK1 = 4
SBC_FS26_MOR_TRK2 = 5
SBC_FS26_MOR_VREF = 6
SBC_FS26_MOR_VEXT = 7

However, I found that only Sbc_fs26_PerformAbist2Check(SBC_FS26_MOR_VEXT) makes ABIST2_PASS of FS_DIAG_SAFETY1 show as 0 / ABIST2 Fail or not executed, but I don't know why?

Could the issue be due to an incompatible OTP configuration of the FS26 part number PFS2613AMDA2AD used in the S32K3X4EVB-T172, or is it a faulty FS26 IC?

是的，就是执行 ABIST2 自检的时候，只有 ABIST2_EXT 不通过，会显示 ABIST2_PASS = 0，可能是失败或没有执行，但是想不出原因，但是其他的 ABIST2 自检都是可以运行且 PASS =  ABIST2_PASS 会显示 1

我在EVB 上确认过了就是OTP 的原因，跟之前说的一样。

假如OTP关掉了后面的VMON 就不要去配置相应的channel 的bit了
