kindly help to calculate the power and load current calculations for S32k3 series micro controller. 

what is minimum and maximum input supply voltages of s32k3 series micro controller?

1.how to choose VDD_HV_A = 3.3V or 5V, VDD_HV_B = 3.3V or 5V??

2. how we will know which gpio pins connected to VDD_HV_A and VDD_HV_B??

Depends on the application requirements.

2.

This can be found in the IOMUX.xlsx files that are attached to the RM.

S32K344_IO Signal Table, Column K

1.how to configure the GPIO's 5V logic level? is it just we need to connect 5V supply to VDD_HV_A or do we need to any configuration??

2. how to configure the PWM output signals? we need to configure the PWM output signal with 75% duty cycle with 16Khz .

Yes, just connect the VDD_HV_A to 5V source.

Certain EMIOS pins, for example.

You can refer to RTD example.

If you need more delails, please create a new thread, this is not related to current consumtion / dissipation.

hi daniel,

 

we are using VDD_HV_A = 5V

as per the datasheet max = 5.5V  typ = 5V min = 2.97V

the voltage max tolerance is 10% and minimum tolerance is  40.6%

VDD_HV_B = 3.3V

as per the datasheet max = 5.5V  typ = 3.3V min = 2.97V

the voltage max tolerance is 66% and minimum tolerance is  10%

 

this means this much tolerance will be there??

Yes, that is correct.

The lower limit is becasue of the Low Voltage Reset + some margin.
