PF8200: VIN max rise time

Hello,

In the PF8200 datasheet, Table 17 (image below) lists a minimum and maximum rise time for VIN to reach UVDET. Can an NXP employee explain the 1500us maximum rise time a bit more? If the VIN rise time is slower than that, will damage occur to the PMIC? If, in my application, I don't need to guarantee a 5 ms PMIC boot up time, is it acceptable for VIN to have a rise time slower than 1.5ms? Can VIN rise as slow as 100ms?

Thanks
