Hi,

I am considering using the combination of PF3000 and I.MX7. For the power specifications, we are considering simple operation with just ON/OFF.

① In this case, I am considering fixing the STANDBY(4PIN) of PF3000 to Low at all times, and controlling PWRON(48PIN) to High/Low to turn the power On/Off. Is this understanding correct?

② Even if I set PWRON(48PIN) to Low (power OFF), is it correct to understand that VSNVS(34pin) will continue to be output?

③I am considering using it by supplying 3.0 to 4.0V to VIN without a coin cell. If VIN is 3.0V, should I understand that VSNVS will be about 2.89V from the spec of VSNVSDROP? Unlike other LDOs, there is no graph of Dropout Voltage of VSNVS in the specification, but could you tell me if there is any data depending on temperature or something else?(LICELL(36pin) connected VLDO1_1V8)

Thanks,

3: If VIN=3.0V without coincell the default output is 3.0V but should have 110mV drop.

① In this case, I am considering fixing the STANDBY(4PIN) of PF3000 to Low at all times, and controlling PWRON(48PIN) to High/Low to turn the power On/Off. Is this understanding correct? [gw]You can configure PMIC on active standby mode by below picture:

② Even if I set PWRON(48PIN) to Low (power OFF), is it correct to understand that VSNVS(34pin) will continue to be output?

[gw]Yes.

③I am considering using it by supplying 3.0 to 4.0V to VIN without a coin cell. If VIN is 3.0V, should I understand that VSNVS will be about 2.89V from the spec of VSNVSDROP? [gw]When powered by VIN, VSNVS is an LDO capable of supplying 3.0 V.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.
① I didn't see a diagram. Could you please provide one?
② I understand. Thank you.
③ So, even if the voltage supplied to VIN is 3.0V, VSENS will output 3.0V without a dropout, is that correct?

Thanks,
