Hi,

I have a wireless charger project with NXQ1TXH5. In datasheet I can see that resonant capacitors should be NP0 type.

I set Smart Power Reduction to about 500mA.

My wireless charger will be use in room temperature (about 25*C).

Maximum input current of wireless charger receiver is about 100mA.

Can I change the type of resonant capacitors to other type e.g. X5R or X7R?

Best regards,

Michal

Hi,

You can consider about the ESR/capacitor value with various voltage and temperature,if no more difference they both can work.

Hi,

Don't suggest you do that alteration.

Ok. What do you think about polypropylene capacitors in this application?

I know, PP capacitors haven't got as stable temperature characteristics as capacitors with NP0, but it's quite similar.

Does it have the right to work correctly?

Best regards,

Michal
