FlexGUI "Use this configuration and do not ask again" doesn't work

I'm using FlexGUI to program my PMIC. I'm setting it up for use in production.  I would like to take advantage of the "Use this configuration and do not ask again" that appears at the bottom of the Launcher.  This will eliminate an extra click for the operator.  However, it doesn't seem to work.  What am I missing?

Please try to run the restore defaults that are in the same folder and try again, I already tested it and it works fine for me.
