FS8510 whether it can output a stable 5V power supply ?

Hi,My system is powered by 24V, and the main control uses ST SPC58EG series, which cannot support the external power supply of the kernel. Only the external 5V can come in and then buck down the kernel. In addition, almost all the peripheral chips on the board are powered by 5V, and I need the current to reach about 1A.  I consulted FS85 manual and found that none of the parameters matched, but when I saw the Vpre output 5V/3A, I knew it was for Buck, I wanted to confirm whether the 5V was stable.  Can I use this 5V as output?

You can refer to datasheet page90-20.4 Electrical characteristics for VPRE rail parameters, and make sure whether this meet you requirements.
