Hi there,

Could you make any recommendations for solutions to deliver the following power supply please? Input voltage range 250-400V DC, output voltage range 11-15V adjustable. Output power nominally 500W. Application is for a wheeled vehicle. AECQ would be nice to have.

Hi Graham,

I am afraid there is currently no final solution or reference design available in our portfolio that meets your requirements.

Our main focus is on PFC and LLC controller ICs (TEA1916, TEA2016/17) for high-efficiency resonant type power supplies.

Other manufacturers such as TI or Infineon might have a suitable solution meeting your needs.
