what are the address ranges(SA--EA(end address)) DDR_SDRAM chips

Hello,

we are using Nxp P2020 Free scale Board, 

i am planned test DDR_SDRAM (2G_DDR3_SDRAM_128MX16) memory test, i have bit confusion of address range of SDRAM bcz we have four chips of how can test each chip with address ranges

pls tell me Actually Address range of SDRAM Starting address and ending address of Four bank chips

Hi Ufedor,

Thanks for your reply, actually the issue is  free scale board while booting it stalls at middle of the boot only. so i thought DDR_issue.

so i  want to test Each DDR with code warrior ,we have four chips which one is failed i want know. so please help in this issue.

how can i fix this issue ??
