Hi All,

We're working on P4080 Virtulization(Porting legacy OS on third party core) and like to know few general things before ramp up:

- P4080 is said to provide 10Gb/s .

    - This bandwidth is related to any external hardware or the processor itself capable to support 10Gb/s?

    - Could anyone tell me about realistic bandwidth?

    - How much we can relate the CPU/core occupancy wrt bandwidth usage.?

  If I configure the serdes to XAUI and extend a 10Gb Ethernet port.

There is benchmark report about IPFWD describing this, including the soft and instrument configuration, also indicate relation to using core numbers, but this is NDA required, you need to contact sales for this issue.
