Which COP J-TAG tool is most preferred to P2040 and Why? (Code Warrior TAP or Code Warrior USB TAP)

Basically there are two J-tag tools available at NXP,

1)CWH-CTP-COP-YE

2)CWH-UTP-CF-HE

CWH-CTP-COP-YE - is not a complete debug probe, this is only a tip, you need also to order CodeWarrior TAP "base unit":

Second partnumber "CWH-UTP-CF-HE" is old "CodeWarrior USB TAP" debug probe, which is no longer manufactured, and also this partnumber is not suitable for P2040 because suffix "CF" means "ColdFire" processors, for P2040 you have to use "COP" version, partnumber is CWH-UTP-PPCC-HE
