T4240: SRIO: is there any register to control RapidIO interface respond maintenace packets?

Hello,

Is there any register to control RapidIO interface respond maintenace packets?

I encounted a strange issue when use T4240 RapidIO interface to enumerate the rapidIO PE in the system on the board.

The board is as bellow:

Currently, I want to use "T4240 CPUA" to enumerate the whole system, "T4240 CPUA" can access "rapidIO switch" registerby send maintenace packet, but can not access "T4240 CPUB" register through maintenance packet.

Why? is there any register to control T4240 RapidIO whether respond maintenace packet or not? since "rapidIO switch"

can respond maitenace while "T4240 CPUB" can not.    

Could you please help to give some suggestions?
