The console log could indicate that the secondary program loader (SPL) is unable to properly initialize the DDR SDRAM - i.e. it is required to perform a memory test by means of a debugger or use CodeWarrior DDR Validation Tool.

Hi ufedor,

Thanks for your information,  You said the SPL is unable to initialize the DDR SDRAM ,but In the Target Board NOR Booting is working fine,

how can we say only DDR SDRAM issue

What does it mean "Target Board NOR Booting"?

Please use a debugger to check the processor state when the SD boot process stalls.

Thoroughly check that the problem board has its configuration switches in identical positions as the working one.

In the log:

> DIMM 0: is not a DDR3 SPD.

Try to swap DIMM modules between the working and the problem boards.

By establishing debug connection and examining the code being executed.
