I am trying to understand how to build build in the embedded device tree into my VxWork kernel.
Has anyone done it? What are the changes to U-Boot & the BSP?

Please be aware that all support to VxWorks is done by it's vendor, Wind River. NXP Technical Support does not have any expertise in this OS, sorry. Our recommendation in this regard is to approach Wind River
