Hi ,

I want to enable ntpd in p2041rdb. How to enable ntpd in p2041rdb. I am using kernel which came in yocto sdk v1.9. any option is there in kernel configuration or any patch is available for that ?

Thanks for your reply.

Actually I have enabled that option in menucofing. But when system booted, it shows " <path to hctosys.c>: unable to open rtc device(rtc0)" and "</dev/misc/rtc no such file or directory.". I am using Micro Crystal's RV-3029 rtc chip connected to i2c 0 bus. I have also enabled Micro Crystal driver in the menuconfig and disabled Dallas rtc driver. but the error is same.
