- Does the P2020 support AES 256?

-     Does the P2020 support AES 256? 

2-      If not do we have any pin compatible to p2020 that supports AES 256 (such P2010…)

Yes it does support. I think you mean hardware accelerator for the AES 256. There are P2020 devices with security engine - its part number includes label “E”, for example p2020nxE2hhc. Security device includes AESU module used to accelerate bulk data encryption/decryption in compliance with the Advanced Encryption Standard (NIST standard FIPS-197). The AESU executes on 128 bit blocks with a choice of key sizes: 128, 192, or 256 bits. I.e. it supports AES 256.
