we now use S32DS to program SPI interface of SPC5744. After reset of CPU, the HALT bit of Register SPI0.MCR is "0" and cannot set to "1" by software. The picture shows the value error of the register. It's really confusing.
this problem is solved. it's because my clock configuration is incorrect. The register of ADC reset only with correct clock supply.
