Discontinuance note for MRF374A, recommended replacements are out of date as well
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/product-change-notice/PCN13170.htm

MRF374A is 470-860 MHz, 130 W, 32V, NI-650 package

We have no applicable cross reference parts for MRF374A. Any possible replacement would require full redesign.

The only active device in the same package is MRF085H (85 W, 1.8-1215 MHz, 50 V). Though MRF085 is 50V device vs 32V of MRF374A.

32V portfolio includes MRFE6S9060N (67W, 470-960 MHz, 28-32V, TO-270-2) with different form factor and less power.

Other available 32V options are designed for higher frequency sub-bands:
 MRFE6S9125N, 865-960MHz, 125W, TO-270-WB-4
 MRF8S7170N, 618-803MHz, 182W, OM-780-2
 A2T07D160W04SR3, 716-960MHz, 186W, NI-780S-4L

Also, you can use other 50V devices. For example:
 MRF6V3090N, 470-1215MHZ, 90W, TO-270-WB-4
 MRFE6VP100H, 1.8-2000MHz, 100W, NI-780-4

Have a great day,
