hello NXP
i am using the pn7150 rfid reader
i am interested in a heat resistant tags and i found one that follows this protocol:
Protocol EPC Class 1 Gen2
Frequency Range (MHz) 860-960 (global)
does the pn7150 supports this protocol ?
best regards
Ziv
Hi,
well in this case the protocol is not the problem, the problem here is that the PN7150 is a HF reader, it is meant to work in 13.56MHz so as you can notice the tags you mention are out of the operating frequency of the reader, simply they wont work together.
the best would be that you contact our tag manufacturers if you want to work with NFC they can help you with different tags using our catalog of tags, maybe they have a solution to isolate the tag for high temperatures https://www.nxp.com/products/rfid-nfc/rfid-ecosystem:RFID_ECOSYSTEMS
