The data sheet for this part gives the package information, but not the layout recommendations. Can someone please point me to this information. It's a 32 pin soicw package, but looks like it has an extra pad. Thank you.
Unfortunately, there is no layout recommendation or footprint recommendation for the MCZ33810EK (32 SOICW), however, there is an Application Note (AN2409: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN2409.pdf), that provides guidelines for handling and assembly of SOIC packages where you can find some information about how to design your layout for this device.
